Before starting and getting involved in replaying to topics...
Please go through the following rules and make sure to always consider them whenever you're posting in this forum:

General Rules:
  • You as a member must follow all the rules of this forum and also the rules specific to certain boards.

  • Do not defy the administrator/moderators expressed wishes. Whatever the administrator or moderators says goes. If you don't like it, have a problem with the way the board is run, or a problem with one of the crew, you have two options:

    1. Bring it up in a mature manner, or
    2. Kindly Leave

    * The crew does not appreciate being insulted for doing their jobs. Respect them and they will respect you back.

  • Administrator/moderators have the total right to warn and ban any member who breaks any of these rules.

  • Respect: Yourself, others and any point of view no matter how much you do not agree with it.

  • Act Mature: Show off and childish behavior will cause your post to be deleted.

  • Treat others like you would treat yourself.

  • Harassments against a person, a group of people or a culture is not allowed.

  • No aggressive behavior or flaming.

  • Fair Treatment/Equality: Everyone here is equal. Those who think they're better than others; aren't. You need to treat everyone equally, whether you respect them or not. They have the same rights to post here as you do. Do not treat those who don't deserve it like crap. No exceptions or you will be reprimanded.

  • You have the right to express yourself, share your thoughts, love and hate, but DON'T BE OFFENSIVE. You can insult bands preferably not an Egyptian band (But don't over do it coz it gets annoying), but you CAN NOT insult other site members, if you really hate someone; feel free to have a fight with him outside this forum.

  • If you got offended by a member in this forum notify the administrator by clicking on "Alert Admin." button which is placed above the offensive post & an action will be taken as soon as possible.

  • Lurk and get to know the forum before you start posting or creating topics.

  • When in doubt, ASK! We are friendly and most of the times willing to answer most valid questions.

Topic/Thread Rules:

Administrator and moderators have the capability to move, close, or even delete any of your topics. So to make your life (and ours) easier refer to the following rules before creating a topic.

  • Pick logical and valuable topics that aim to entertain a mature view without the intention to offend others.

  • Always use the search engine prior to creating a topic to ensure that no smiliar topic was created before in any of the forum boards.

  • Don't create topics just for the sake of creating topics but cause you're really interested in hearing and learning the others opinions.

  • Please ensure every topic is posted in the correct section. Incase you don't know where to put it, search for a similar topic and place it in the same section.

  • Religion Related Topics: People of the forum Voted against any religion related topic. All topics/replies containing in any manner a religious content or opinion will be removed, including practices and faiths.
    (If happened will lead to the execution of the warning/banning procedure. Read below about the warning/banning procedure)

  • Use a subject name that describes the content of your topic and obviously tells the content, and what to expect. Do not use all caps or special characters to draw attention.

  • Do not post the same topic in more than one board. That will lead to deleting all of them without a warning.
    (If happened will lead to the execution of the warning/banning procedure. Read below about the warning/banning procedure)

  • No trashing of other peoples topics (i.e. SPAM).
    (If a member caught doing this it will lead to the execution of the warning/banning procedure. Read below about the warning/banning procedure)

  • Fire Starter Topics will be deleted as soon as possible.
    (If happened by a user will lead to the execution of the warning/banning procedure. Read below about the warning/banning procedure)

  • Any topic related to the following will immediately be deleted. As those topics are considered advertisements that should be put in Metal Scene Mall board Only by the administrator Bombest.

    • Searching for a musician to join your band.
    • You are a musician and Searching for a band to join.
    • Selling/Buying of musical equipments.
    • Selling of metal clothes.

    * Simply do not use the forum as an advertising place unless you contact Bombest and he'll put your ad. in it's correct place.

  • Locking Topics: Administrator and moderators have the power to lock and unlock topics. A topic will only be locked if there is a situation gone out of control, spam topics, discussion ended (as in quick questions), or a user request that has been fulfilled. Generally, if a topic is locked, starting a new topic to further discuss the locked topic is not always a wise idea. Only the topic creator should be asking the administrator or moderators to unlock his/her topic. Since different outcomes are always to be expected, locking topics is done on the best judgment of the crew. Do not post a topic asking for a topic to be unlocked. If this must be done at all, please contact the crew via the PM system.

  • Ratings: All topics that have been on the forum for more than a month with a rating less than or equal to (4 out of 10) or (2 out of 5) will be deleted to ensure the quality of topics available for discussion.

Posting Rules:
  • Language: Usage of any Arabic curses, insults or bad language is not allowed in any post.
    (If happened will lead to the execution of the warning/banning procedure. Read below about the warning/banning procedure)

  • Out of topic replies will certainly be Deleted as soon as possible. Stick with the Thread.

  • Thanks & congratulation replies are not allowed except in Links & Art Boards. Also, "Yeah", "That is True", "OK", smilies or any simple words that do not add to the main subject of the topic is not allowed. However, you can use the PM (Personal Message) system.

  • No double posting. If you wish to post again, and yours is the last post in the thread please use the EDIT function, instead of posting a double.

  • Don't post just to increase your number of posts. If you have nothing to say on a certain matter then don't post. The number of posts on this board has no direct relation to the experience of a member.

  • No links for any illegal or disrespected sites is allowed in any post.

  • No image attached larger than 800x600, and preferably web-optimized.

Other Important Notices:
  • Keep in mind that the administrator and moderators can not monitor the whole forum. If you see anything inappropriate in a post, click on "Alert Admin." and state your reasons and any comment.

  • The Administrator is allowed to make changes to this list of rules at any time without necessarily informing anyone. As a common courtesy though, we will inform you of any changes to the rules if we see it fit to do so.

  • Avatar: Do not use potentially offensive material involving porn or foul images. The size allowed is 100x100 px or less. Only the following file types are allowed (.gif .jpeg .jpg .png).

  • User Signature: Be considerate. Resize your images to a height of 150 px and a size of no more than 150 KB. (Browsers will rescale large images anyway to a height of 150 px: smaller images will not be expanded; larger images will just waste bandwidth and CPU cycles.). We would like you to consider page loading time when choosing your signature. Also, long signatures are strictly forbidden.

Warning/Banning Procedure:

If a member intentionally or unintentionally broke any of the above rules then the following steps will be followed to ensure that the member would know what exactly had he done wrong against the rules and so he would later on follow the rules.
  • Hint: This is a small/minor remark for the member informing him that he broke a forum rule.
    You get 2 of these hints on your first and second time to break any of the rules.

  • Warning: This is flashed when a member really steps far behind the line.
    You get only 1 warning on your third time to break any of the rules.

  • PM-Mute: This makes a member no longer able to write or reply to a PM for a certain period of time.
    You get only get this if you make troubles using the PM system.

  • Mute: This makes a member no longer able to post on the forum for a certain period of time.
    You get muted on your fourth time to break any of the rules.

  • Ban: This makes a member no longer able to view any part of the forum for a certain period of time.
    You get banned on your fifth time to break any of the rules.

* Administrator and moderators have the total right to take whatever actions (Warning/Banning procedure) necessary to stop a member from breaking any of the forum rules.

** The period of time for PM-Muting or Muting or Banning of a member is decided by the administrator or moderators depending on his own personal judging.

*** If you feel that you got a hint/warning that you didn't deserve send a PM to the crew member who issued the hint/warning explaining why you think you didn't deserve this warning.

**** Neither the administrator nor the moderators will be allowed to give an endless mute or ban. Also, they are not allowed to delete any member account.

Torrent Tracker Rules:
  • 1st Rule of Torrents: After you have finished downloading the torrent contents please seed for as long as you can and aim for a 1:1 share ratio.

  • Hit And Running: Is not allowed, Please keep your clients connected to all torrents you have downloaded until you have shared back as much as you have downloaded. However, use your common sense, seed torrents that are short of seeds in preference to those with many.

  • Torrent Upload: Is not allowed by anyone but the administrator. If you need to request a torrent to be uploaded please contact Bombest.

  • Every torrent that gets uploaded to the tracker will stay available for a period of 2 weeks. Complete downloading and seed as much as possible during those 2 weeks.

* All topics will be scanned for the above qualities and screened on a regular basis.
