well let me see .. i dont think it changed who i am it only changed how people look at me and i really dont care about people who look at me that much.. i can prity much say i always wore black clothes and army pants ever since i was about ten i was intruduced to a small dose of metallica and megadeth from when i was 6 till i was 13 untill then i started going into more bands and atlast i`m free from the pop that made my life a living missery cause i was depressed from pop i dont know how anyways yeah metal affected me but in a good way even though some people dont see it .atleast i see it

If any sort of music changes your character or how you are,
then this just proves you're too weak to be affected soo easily...
I dont really get what you exactly mean by *affect your character,
bacause i dont think it does, it does however inspire you, could help you understand certain situations u face in life, find some sort of solution for the bad ones, or choose to run and hide as well..
It all depends, but music to me is nothing but some sort of inspiration, music and mostly lyrics is what i seek...

Its not about changing ur character...The music touches your soul, it might change a feeling inside u, it might change ur view about some things...but becoming a totally different person..i dun think so!!
And i dont really believe that it makes you strong or powerful in a way, although it might raise ur anger.
It didnt affect me in a bad way, it actually taught me stuff that i didnt know, it made me want to understand and go deep in a song...
If you are a real metal-head...you wouldnt think it has affected u in a bad way or so...
